Highland Park Junior High Athletics

Winter 1 season consists of girls’ basketball and wrestling starting on Monday, November 5th. 
Tryouts will be the first three days of practice. Since there are more students than spots available on the team, HPJH will need to make cuts based on tryouts. For more
information, go to the HPJH website and read the athletic policies.  If a player does not make the team, all forms and money will be returned.

    *Follow the steps below to sign up.
I.  Complete the attached forms and return them to the box on the counter in the main office.
1. 2007-2008 MSHSL Athletic Eligibility Statement
2. Current Physical (3 years) – must be on file with nurse
3. Emergency Card
4. Eligibility Card

II. There are two separate fees that must be paid:
1. Equipment fee is $10.00 per sport.
2. District participation fee is $15.00 per sport.
*Students receiving free or reduced lunch only pay the equipment fee of $10.00.
*Make checks payable to Highland Park Junior High School.

III.  All Forms and money must be turned in by 2:15 pm on Tuesday, October 30th.  If forms are not in by 2:15 pm students cannot participate in that sport.

IV. Students that participated in a fall sport; only fill out the Eligibility statement and pay the $10.00 equipment fee and/or $15.00 district participation fee.
